Now THIS is something I could really get behind. I’ve been thinking that I should get myself a cape and some leggings. I would dash around town, Sharpie in hand, putting hyphens into compound modifiers and removing decorative apostrophes. Sure, I do that now, but it would be nice to have a title.
“Verb Woman” has a better ring to it than “Grammar Nazi”. I think you should go with it.
Maybe you could get a T-shirt? Red and white seems nice, and seasonal.
Speaking of removing decorative apostrophes, could you kindly write to HGTV and tell them that their new program, “Real Reno’s” has just such an apostrophe in the main frigging title (and all the promo materials that go along with it). Every time I see the ad, I grind my teeth down to nubs.
