You really need to lay off on shoving your liberal agenda down our throats. Their is nothing wrong with Cenator McCain trying to do whats write for American’s.
Hang on one second… are you suggesting that his post is silly for some reason other than the attempted internetyness of his message?
Seriously, who really wants to cut medicare (which would leave the poor without healthcare)? Who thinks that seniors should not have access to quality healthcare? I trust that partisan lines extend so far as to drive us to this sort of absurdity.
I might buy the argument that there are better ways to provide these supports or even that there should be cheaper ways to do so. I am not willing to concede that they should not be there.
Because I love you, I’m going to pretend that “internetyness” includes decorative apostrophes. Check out The Apostrophe Explained at Blue Pencil Editing.
*grins* wait… I think I my people are being oppressed here! Someone quick, HELP ME! I’m being oppressed!
I thought that you were aware that the dialect of English which we call “Netglish” had a whole other set of grammar rules. Granted, he isn’t really following my official internety speeky rules either, but misuse of apostrophes is far from a capitol offense in this field. If his grammar were polished English, how would those of us who use social media understand him? I am already getting confused because he doesn’t have enough spelling mistakes in there! And (note that I am beginning a “sentence” with a conjunction) “SenJohnMcCain?” That’s not a proper noun! You might think that his handle is derived from not being able to spell a word (like torque) or something! Arrrgggg… the obsessive use of brackets and incorrect use of ellipsis! Torq SMASH!
*Cackles* You have brightened my day. Now I don’t have to get my kicks by being snarkey to students! You have done a real social service here! Off to the coffee pot!
Well, maybe Torq was being witty. A capitol offense could be an offense committed by a member of the U.S. Senate, couldn’t it? Especially if it was committed in the course of his duties, as this was.

Egad! Someone needs a bit more edumacation.
Politician Fail.
Oh Megan,

*hides*
Except Francis, a lot of Americans tend to not like McCain. Just ask my American family.
Francis is joking, write? er…
Maybe McCain is having one of his grandchildren post for him

Judging by the tone of your comment, I’m guessing that’s your 4th or 5th visit to the coffee pot so far today…
By the way, misuse of apostrophes isn’t a capitol offense, but it certainly is a capital offense!
PWN’D!

It’s not bad grammar; it’s a pun!
Crap! No, he is right. That’s what I get from writing comments while all jittery from coffee!
Fail!

Maybe he’s turning into Prince.
